No returns or refunds are available on the purchase of digital downloads. Please listen to samples before purchasing.

In the event that a purchased digital download does not work properly, we will first try to correct the issue. If this is not possible, we may issue a refund at our discretion. 

Inability to download and/or open files due to customer's computer, speed, modem, internet filter, insufficient storage space, insufficient knowledge of computer usage, or for any other reason except when the deficiency results from incomplete or improper files and/or formats and/or uploads from Kosher Music Organization, shall not be eligible for any return or refund.
